Alliance Finance Co. PLC, would form a Collaboration to do business jointly with another company who seeks financing assistance, possibly in terms of LC facilities for businesses that have growth potential.

Alliance Finance would control the finance of the business and the collaboration partner may carry out the operational activities.

The profit from the collaboration would be shared as per the agreement.
